Description:
A modern type of the Bailin Gongfu, although it cannot be considered a Gongfucha. Bailin Juhong is produced from tips only and crafted in a similar way as the recent Jinjunmei. Juhong can be translated as tangerine-red and refers to the particular yellow-orange colour of the liquor of this type of recent tea. The village Bailin is the origin of this type of tea, hence the name. Bailin Gongfu is one of the old traditional Minhong Gongfu, whose renown began in 1851.
Character:
A rich infusion, one the one hand buttery, sweet and soft and on the other slightly flowery and yet intensely aromatic. A well composed set of various impressions.

Description:
A black tea of good quality in the fashion of a Bailin Gongfu (formerly: Paklam Gongou). Bailin Golden Needle is of a modern production, not being a traditional Gong Fu, but as a leaf tea, i.e. not sorted. The leaves have been rather heavily rolled and are thus rather compact, but the taste is typical for teas from the region near Fuding, where the village of Bailin lies. Bailin Gong Fu is one of the famous Minhong, renowned since 1851.

Description:
A real Gong Fu Cha from Tan Yang village. Produced from a newly bred variety from continuous breeding of an old variety with reddish leaves. Traditional processing, manually sorted with a sieve and the final roasting took place in two stages over charcoal.

Tanyang Gongfu is one of the ancient traditional Minhong Gongfu, which have been famous since 1851. Most of the Gongfucha that can be found today are produced in a modern form, only from buds, just like Jinjunmei. This Tanyang Gongfu was produced in the traditional way as a Gongfucha. It is the highest quality that can be found among the teas of this type that have been produced and then sorted by size of the leaf.

Like Jinjunmei Version 2005, this Tongjunmei is also produced by Liang Junde.
