Description:
A real, original Gui Fei of good quality. The tea leaves are infested by insects, which alters the taste. A litle more oxydised than other Oolong and lightly roasted.

Dongding is the name of a mountain where tea has been produced since approximately 1850. The gardens are situated at an altitude of approximately 800 meters and are thus not considered High Mountain Teas. Nonetheless, the climate is very well suited for growing teas of excellent quality: often sunny in the morning, foggy in the afternoon, and frequently windy.
Character:
Light, tender and seducingly fragrant, this tea surprises with a really powerful, spicy-tart aspect.
Category:
Gui Fei
Storage:
This tea was produced in a relatively green manner, but sufficienty oxidised and then roasted, it can thus be kept at room temperature and even be aged.
