Description:
An outstanding Pu Er made from old tea trees from Mount Nannuo (Nannuoshan). Produced by Laenggass-Tee in collaboration with Les Feuilles Vertes. Traditional crafting, dried in the sun.

One of the best tea gardens on Mount Nannuo, very few small tea bushes, big tea trees protected by other, even bigger trees, considerable biological diversity, very large trunks. The producer He San gave all his small bushes to his cousin, so he could tend to the old trees himself. His garden is the best and most beautiful of the village. There are only two seasons of plucking a year instead of three, as he does not harvest in summer, in order to spare the trees. This has, of course, an influence on the taste, too. His garden also sit atop all the other gardens in the village.
Character:
The character of Mount Nannuoshan is the spicy note. This tea is still really fresh.
Category:
Sheng Cha - Raw Pu Er
Storage:
Fresh and pleasant to drink, combining slightly tart and sweet notes. This tea undergoes a process of microbial fermentation while stored, during which it loses freshness and tartness, while gaining depth, sweetness and earthy notes.
